CareGrid is a healthcare platform for Pakistan: patients find verified doctors by condition, specialty or city, see the next free appointment and book online, and clinics run their diaries on the software behind it.
The problem
Finding a doctor in Pakistan still mostly means asking around and queueing. Patients wanted to see who is available and when; clinics wanted bookings that arrive in a diary rather than on a phone line that is engaged.
What we built
A Next.js platform site with a doctor directory searchable by condition, specialty and city, each profile showing the doctor's next free time with booking from the same page. The clinic side is the same system: appointment diaries, patient records and the doctor's own availability feeding the public listing, so what a patient sees is what the clinic actually has. Hosted on LaunchFlow's own servers in Europe.
