The client
Thurrock Express Taxis is a local private hire firm offering fixed-price journeys and round-the-clock airport pick-ups and drop-offs across the UK. It is run by the same owner as Ockendon Station Taxis.
The problem
A second brand for the same operation did not need a second platform. It needed a site that loads instantly on a phone, says what the firm does in one line, and gets the passenger to the number or the booking without anything in the way.
What we built
A hand-built static site — no CMS, no plugins, nothing to update or break — with the promise on the first screen: travel safe, arrive on time. Fixed prices and 24-hour airport transfers are stated up front, the call button is fixed to the screen on mobile, and the whole page weighs a fraction of a typical taxi site.
Results
Live, and as quick on a weak signal as it is on Wi-Fi.
