The client
BA Associates is an AAT-licensed accountancy practice in Thurrock, working with self-employed people, CIS subcontractors and small businesses on tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping and company accounts.
The problem
Accountancy sites tend to be written for other accountants. A subcontractor who has just had tax deducted at source wants to know, in plain words, whether this firm does CIS refunds and what it costs to ask.
What we built
A WordPress site that speaks to the client rather than the profession: hassle-free accounts for the self-employed and small businesses, with a page for each service and the AAT licence where it can be seen. LaunchFlow hosts and looks after the site — updates, backups, monitoring and the changes the practice asks for — alongside its sister address, Thurrock Accountants.
