These Terms of Service apply when you use LaunchFlow’s website, enquire about our services, or purchase any website design, hosting, maintenance, support or related digital service from us.

2. Our Services

LaunchFlow provides managed website services for local businesses. Services may include website design, template customisation, content setup, hosting, maintenance, contact forms, basic local SEO structure and ongoing updates.

3. Minimum Term

LaunchFlow services are provided on a minimum 12-month term unless agreed otherwise in writing.

This minimum term allows us to build, launch, host, maintain and support your website as part of the monthly subscription model.

4. Payments

Payments are made monthly in advance according to your selected plan. Prices are shown on our website or agreed directly before the service begins.

Unless stated otherwise, there is no upfront setup fee. The website build and ongoing service are included within the monthly subscription.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting LaunchFlow. If you cancel after the 12-month minimum term, your service can usually end at the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel before the end of the 12-month minimum term, an early termination fee may apply. This may include the remaining unpaid monthly charges or a fair reduced settlement agreed by LaunchFlow, depending on the work completed, service period used, and any outstanding costs.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, contact information, images, logos and any other materials required to build or maintain your website.

Delays in providing required information may delay the website launch.

7. Content & Materials

You confirm that any text, images, logos, trademarks or materials you provide are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

LaunchFlow is not responsible for claims arising from client-provided content.

8. Hosting & Support

Hosting, basic maintenance and support are included while your subscription remains active and payments are up to date.

If your subscription ends, hosting and ongoing support may also end unless another arrangement is agreed.

9. Website Ownership

While your subscription is active, LaunchFlow provides access to and management of your website as part of the service.

Any transfer of website files, design assets, domains, hosting accounts or related materials must be agreed separately in writing and may depend on outstanding payments, third-party costs and the terms of your plan.

10. Late Payments

If payment is late or fails, LaunchFlow may pause updates, support, hosting or access to services until payment is received.

Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the service.

11. Liability

LaunchFlow will take reasonable care when providing services, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, enquiries, sales or business results.

We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, third-party platform issues, hosting provider outages or problems caused by incorrect client information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
